Crummy Chicken
You will need: butter, garlic salt, Ritz crackers, parmesan cheese and 3
boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
Wash and pat the chicken dry. Cut the breasts in half. Melt 1 stick of butter in
the microwave and set aside. Put a sleeve of crackers in a small baggy and crush
until fine. Dip the chicken in butter and roll in the cracker crumbs. Place in a
greased pan and sprinkle with garlic salt and parmesan cheese. Bake at 350
degrees for 40 minutes or till golden brown. Serve with salad and vegetable for
a great meal! |
